Sr. Reliability Product Manager-Tech, Infrastructure Reliability & Quality

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. As a Senior Reliability Product Manager - Tech, you will focus on developing internal tools and mechanisms to improve product reliability, quality, and supplier management processes and implementation of various automated tools and tracking mechanisms.

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of mission critical facilities experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, product marketing, or business development
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• 7+ years in product, program, and/or technical leadership for large scale strategic initiatives in the data center infrastructure…
