SAP NS2 Functional Application Architect—Onsite, Chantilly, VA

SAP NS2 is seeking a highly motivated, self‑directed professional to serve as a functional application architect. The successful candidate will work closely with customer end users, developers, and senior leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements and design and develop new functionality.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and subject‑matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
- Serve as liaison between the technical team and stakeholders.
- Design and develop new functions or improve existing ones.
- Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience.
- Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities.
- Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.
- Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure they meet stated requirements.
- Provide technical support to end users and help troubleshoot issues with software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of consulting experience, preferably with enterprise or cloud applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation Range Transparency
Targeted annual combined range: $90,000 – $198,500 USD.
