Network Engineer

Job Summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Network & Services Operations Representative to join our team and support our client in Herndon, VA.

• Develop and build solutions that integrate cloud and hardware solutions.
• Assist building out and connecting cloud to hardware solutions with networking fundamentals expertise.
• Remotely deploy operating systems to hardware.
• Develop network/system based automation capabilities.
• Research, develop, test and document.
• Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging applications and network systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 7 years of network experience.
• Experience with configuring, routing, and switching.
• Knowledge of security and network concepts.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in a cloud environment.

• Experience with scripting or higher-level programming language.
• Experience with server hardware configuration.
• Previous experience automating deployment of services needed for various project tasking.

Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is: $116,900 - $243,100 USD
