Epic Clarity Report Writer Clinical Data Model

Key Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Care Ambulatory workflows and configurations.
• Support teams working on non‑Epic ambulatory clinical applications.
• Support e‑Prescribing workflows and related systems, including Surescripts.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
• Serve as liaison with client stakeholders, aligning system capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs.

• 3+ years in Epic Clarity implementation, support or coordination roles.
• Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical Data Model).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• High School Diploma / GED.

• Time zone management experience in onshore‑offshore model.

Hourly salary ranges (USD):

• California: $71.73 to $85.73
• Cleveland: $71.73 to $85.73
• Colorado: $71.73 to $85.73
• District of Columbia: $71.73 to $85.73
• Illinois: $71.73 to $85.73
• Maryland: $71.73 to $85.73
• Massachusetts: $71.73 to $85.73
