TSM Manager

Eligibility and Requirements

This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsor ships for this role. All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.

• Manages a team of Technical Service Managers supporting NS2 RISE PCE customers.
• Ensures TSM delivery and support of customers, maintaining high quality of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Develops, grows, and manages teams of employees at all experience levels in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
• Provides strategic thinking and collaborates with stakeholders across multiple teams within NS2 and SAP.
• Communicates with customers and SAP‑internal stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Engages in delivery & engagement management, relationship building, and de‑escalation.
• Facilitates and leads initiatives/programs with senior leadership in NS2 & SAP.
• Acts as a customer‑facing role with approximately 30% travel.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or Project Management (or experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong customer service focus, C‑level communication, and experience in cloud business.
• Successful track record of leading strategic projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SAP Basis/HANA (mandatory).
• Excellent technical project management experience in major activities like OS/DB migrations, upgrades, datacenter migration etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and continuously add value to customers and within NS2 & SAP.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.

• 8+ years experience in customer‑facing SAP Technology Consulting (e.g., Basis Admin, DB Admin, migrations, upgrades, business continuity, operations) in large‑scale customer environments.
• 8+ years experience with solution design, enterprise architecture, and SAP implementation.
• 4+ years experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
• Understanding of U.S. Government Cloud System Requirements (NIST, ITAR, FedRAMP, etc.).
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers is a plus.
• Experience with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and data centers is a big advantage.
• SAP Net Weaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA, TOGAF certifications are plus.
• Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are an advantage.
• Cloud security, including Cyber Security, Encryption, and key management knowledge is a plus.

The targeted combined range for this position is $142,500 - $242,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc., as determined through the selection process. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.
