The SME IT PM will work with stakeholders to develop training and communications plans to support the programs. The SME IT PM will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating product pilot activities to ensure proper integration and functionality verification, validating that the solution meets the required specifications and is ready for enterprise‑wide deployment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding hands‑on experience and a thorough understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices, as well as a strong background in navigating governance boards and integrating security into IT project management. They will be expected to possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, working effectively as part of a team and in a highly autonomous manner, mentoring others as needed.

The SME PM will work closely with a government staff PM and Technical Lead to ensure seamless program delivery.
