- Description Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Tableau Developer to support the Military One Source program. The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support operational decision-making, performance management, and program reporting. This role will work with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven insights that support mission-critical operations.

Primary Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

* Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.

* Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and leadership reporting.

* Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.

* Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.

* Support Power Platform environments and reporting-related enhancements.

* Troubleshoot reporting, data, and dashboard issues.

* Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship.

* Active Secret Security Clearance required.

* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

* Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.

* Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.

* Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into analytics solutions.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications
* Tableau certification.

* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

* Experience supporting Federal or DoD programs.

* Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, or similar version control tools. Additional Requirements
* Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements.
