About the Role

SAP NS2 Secure Cloud Support organization is seeking a Software Support Engineer focused on Success Factors Solution. Responsibilities include core customer support, innovation, proactive activities, and continuous learning culture. The position requires U.S. citizenship and has no visa sponsorship.

• Deliver core customer support: handle escalated customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents with high satisfaction.
• Participate in proactive support and innovation activities: create and maintain knowledge documents, test internal systems, contribute to innovation projects, engage in community discussions, and support de‑escalation and war rooms.
• Perform weekend & 24x7 support activities as required and manage the incoming queue to meet SLAs.
• Develop product specialization and demonstrate capability to process P1 incidents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Business, Computer Science strongly preferred; applicable years of experience may be used.
• 6+ years of experience working with Success Factors.
• 6+ years of implementing, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise‑level applications.
• Basic understanding of business processes within one application/technology area.
• Experience with debugging, tracing, and verifying complex customizations.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Python, Scrum, SQL, Splunk.
