* Establishing a centralized category management function, consolidating spend into high-performance enterprise agreements and driving measurable improvements in Days Purchasing Outstanding (DPO).
* Ensuring the purchasing system remains in a constant state of "Audit Readiness" and leading the organization through Contract Property System Reviews (CPSR) with zero major deficiencies.
* Ensuring all AI-enabled procurement tools adhere to FAR/DFARS requirements, focusing on flow-down accuracy, small business subcontracting reporting, and secure AI governance for CUI and ITAR data.
* Leading the cultural transition from decentralized, tactical buying to a centralized, tech-forward "Source-to-Pay" model while developing a tiered Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Finance, or Engineering.
* 9 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain leadership.
* 5 years of experience in a Gov Con (FAR/DFARS) environment.
* Proven experience leading a major Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation (such as Coupa or Ariba) and deep familiarity with Deltek Costpoint.
* Experience successfully leading a team through a CPSR audit.
* Track record of measurable improvements in DPO and Working Capital.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or JD degree.
* Demonstrable experience or a concrete vision for applying AI/Machine Learning to supply chain challenges.
* Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization.
Clearance Requirements:
