Position Title

Application Developer III

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer III to support the design, development, and deployment of modern web-based and AI-enabled applications within federal or healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native application development, REST APIs, Dev Sec Ops , and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based and AI-enabled applications.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and project managers.
Support Dev Sec Ops initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
Develop secure and high-performing applications in compliance with federal and healthcare standards.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system optimization activities.
Integrate enterprise platforms such as SharePoint and third-party APIs.
Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional application development experience.
Experience designing and developing modern web-based or AI-enabled applications in federal or healthcare environments.
Strong experience with:

- React/Angular

- CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Developer Certification
Azure Developer Certification
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Experience supporting federal agencies or healthcare organizations.
