* + Demonstrated experience with in-depth knowledge of General Dynamics crypto devices such as the E-100, FLEX, Micro, Nano, TL-10G, TL-1g, and next generation crypto devices, including their configuration, operation, and maintenance.

+ Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex cryptographic systems.

+ Demonstrated experience with technical knowledge of cryptographic principles, protocols, and technologies, including those related to General Dynamics crypto devices.

+ Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to General Dynamics crypto devices and developing effective solutions.

+ Demonstrated experience with cryptographic protocols and standards, such as those related to encryption, decryption, and key management.

+ Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including written training documentation.

+ Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.

+ Demonstrated experience with GEM crypto manager(s) software.

+ Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including actively training personnel.

+ Demonstrated experience with agile project management methodologies to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Demonstrated experience with effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel.

+ Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a matrix environment. This includes being able to navigate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.

The likely salary range for this position is $162,037 - $219,227. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
