Senior Assurance Solutions Architect, AWS Security Assurance Services

• Leads teams including Amazonians, partners, and customers to enhance security assurance and compliance programs.
• Define innovative compliance and risk management approaches to help customers move sensitive workloads onto the cloud faster.
• Resolve security assurance questions and manage risk to achieve compliance in the AWS Cloud through deep‑dive discussions, strategic presentations, recommendations, and hands‑on demonstrations of automating compliance.
• Lead efforts with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback to AWS technology roadmaps.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities and managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and Cloud ERP Private.
• Experience with SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as generative/agentic AI and data & analytics.

Base salary range:  –  USD annually (USA, VA, Herndon).
