Key responsibilities include:

• Working with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services.
• Diving deep into technical issues and working diligently to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborating on behalf of our customers to build innovative products, services, and ideas.
• Maintaining an active TS/SCI security clearance; after starting, obtaining and maintaining a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which you perform AWS work.

Eligibility:
The selected candidate must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. Upon hiring, the candidate must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+, CND (Certified Network Defender), Network+, or Security+
• 1+ years of Linux systems administration experience
• 1+ years of technical troubleshooting / support experience
• 1+ years of networking experience
• Current active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

• 1+ years of cloud computing technologies experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience in networking
• 1+ years of support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments experience
• Experience debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex, production software issues
• Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly
