This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team for a new Fredericksburg, VA site. You’ll be based primarily in Fredericksburg with travel to nearby locations for support and training as needed during ramp-up. Candidates must be available to work day or evening shifts throughout the week.
Responsibilities- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Work in an environment that operates 24/7 with the ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Some regional travel may be required
Data Center Technician roles support overall availability and reliability of data center operations, including hardware and network diagnostics followed by repair as needed, and participation in on-call rotation.
Basic Qualifications- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
