Senior Program Controls Analyst - ISA
Location:
Richardson, TX
This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus is on Sector program reporting.
Responsibilities- Earned Value Management
- Cost and schedule management
- Manage and monitor program budget execution
- Interpret program performance data and identify key insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and PMO staff
- Ability to quickly analyze data and provide recommendations to program team
- Prepare financial information for CDRLs briefings, presentations, and status reports
- Prepare and submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5)
- Partner with Program Managers to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans
- Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
- Served in a PCA or equivalent role for 10 years or have equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Experience working at both large and small companies
- Background in managing development programs and labor engineering programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- Proposal experience highly valued
- Active TS/SCI clearance
