• Automate installation and configuration of Windows servers, Linux servers, Windows workstations, and related software components.
• Assist with configuring and managing network services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory) to facilitate communication and resource sharing.
• Automate implementation and management of backup strategies for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Automate implementation and maintenance of security measures, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve overall efficiency and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps; generate reports on performance, security, and compliance.
• Participate in planning and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring compatibility and best‑practice adherence.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and security practices, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required; clearance active within past 24 months).
• Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience managing and maintaining servers, workstations, and infrastructure components using automation tooling.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Server versions (installation, configuration, administration).
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure) and/or virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix AHV).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and/or Power Shell.

• Level 4: 5+ years of related experience;
  Level 5: 10+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, Foreman).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications in Dev Ops, Dev Ops Tooling, or relevant IT certifications.
