Windows Server 2019; WSUS;
Windows Defender. Management and implementation of thin client infrastructure.

Experience as a Data Transfer Officer is a huge plus and will be compensated for in any offer package. RHEL and Net App.

Being a self-motivator who enjoys working within a small team and possesses a drive to succeed and desire to dive into new technology with minimal supervision.

• Monitor and manage implementing security-related software patches in response to Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA).
• Monitor and manage user access to various IT resources.
• Configure and install various IT systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, RHEL, vulnerability scanning and monitoring tools, WSUS, Windows Defender and Net App).
• Configure and manage high availability systems.
• Continually support the team with everything from accomplishing daily tasks to assist with scheduling and implementing installations, upgrades, patches, maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Help to ensure integrity of data recoverability by performing regular system backups, file transfers and offsite backup transportation, storage and retrieval services.
• Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting desktop/server peripherals (including software and OS) and ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly resolving time-sensitive problems and documenting resolutions.
• Provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support onsite while being able to identify and troubleshoot of moderate complexity.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Any of the following certifications would be a plus:
• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• CompTIA Server+ Certification
