As a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to act as the on-site point of accountability for Information Technology (IT) and operate, maintain, install and manage IT systems to a diverse customer base.

• Work in close collaboration with a small team of IT Officers to maintain the customer’s mission critical IT platforms
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to customer systems, software, hardware or networks
• Identify, analyze, and implement process changes
• Use Active Directory to perform password resets, grant share drive access, submit new accounts or group access
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems (hardware/software)
• Perform workstation deployments and upgrades
• Collaborate with network and storage administrators to resolve technical problems

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years related experience.

• Experience with active directory, Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of hardware/application troubleshooting skills.
