Position Overview
This is a people‑manager role that will lead a team of Technical Service Managers (TSMs) supporting NS2 RISE PCE customers. Each TSM manages multiple customers and is responsible for delivery in a customer‑facing capacity. TSMs own the customer landscape and advise on critical and complex landscape changes during life‑cycle management. The position requires U.S. citizenship; no visa sponsorship is available. The role involves approximately 30% travel.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop a technical team, ensuring high‑quality customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Accountable for TSM delivery and support of customers.
- Guide and grow team members at all experience levels within a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
- Strategically collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams within NS2 and SAP.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Deliver engagement management, build relationships, and de‑escalate issues.
- Facilitate and lead initiatives/programs, interacting effectively with senior leadership in NS2 & SAP.
- Serve as a customer‑facing leader, requiring about 30% travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong customer service focus and C‑level communication skills; experience in the cloud business.
- Track record of leading strategic projects.
- Mandatory hands‑on experience in SAP Basis/HANA.
- Excellent technical project management experience with OS/DB migrations, upgrades, datacenter migrations, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently add value to customers and the organization.
- Preferable prior management experience.
- 8+ years of customer‑facing SAP technology consulting (e.g., Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, Operations) in large‑scale environments.
- 8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and SAP implementation experience.
- 4+ years of technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
- Understanding of U.S. Government Cloud System Requirements (NIST, ITAR, FedRAMP, etc.).
- Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers is a plus.
- Experience with IaaS providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) and datacenters is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Net Weaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA, TOGAF certifications are plus.
- Experience and certifications with IaaS providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud security, cyber security, encryption, and key management is a plus.
Targeted combined compensation range: $142,500 – $242,300 USD
