Job Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of related experience in quality control and software testing
• Education:
  
  BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Skills:
  
  Automated Testing;
  Building and Maintaining Frameworks
• Certifications:
  
  ISTQB Certified Tester; SAFe for Teams
• US Citizenship required
• Security Clearance:
  Top Secret SCI + Polygraph (current and obtainable)

• Develop and implement quality control methodologies and ensure compliance with QA standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer‑based organization
• Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their root causes
• Establish and maintain processes for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation; assist in evaluation as needed
• Conduct and participate in formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle

• Salary range: $161,500 – $218,500 (based on experience and location)
• 40 hours per week; scheduling is flexible
• Travel: less than 10%
• Telecommute: onsite
• Location:
  
  USA, VA Herndon (additional work locations as required)
