Insight is seeking an onsite IT Services Technician in Herndon, VA to support end-user hardware, software, and peripherals in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will install, monitor, diagnose, repair, and upgrade equipment, respond to tickets in Service Now, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure workstation readiness.
Requirements include 5 years in a similar role, strong Windows and M365 proficiency, and the ability to work on-site 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional overtime and travel.
