Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Planning & Delivery
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA, Seattle, WA or Chicago, IL to oversee data center build projects. The role involves leading cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through scope and schedule creation, budget management, completed design, implementation, commissioning, and data center deployment.
Key responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end builds, mapping dependencies, creating and driving schedules, and resolving blockers to accelerate project delivery. The manager must excel in critical‑path decision making, communication, and stakeholder influence without formal authority.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross‑functional and technical teams through all phases of data center projects.
- Map stakeholder dependencies and drive schedule execution.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint, with preference for Tableau, Kan Ban, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration expertise.
- Communicate progress, metrics, and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and eliminate non‑value‑add activities to improve efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Experience in data center, networking engineering, systems engineering, or construction management with a solid understanding of power, cooling, and controls systems.
- Proven experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
- Strong project management discipline in scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with MS Project, MS SharePoint, Tableau, Kan Ban, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
