Responsibilities:

• Monitoring federal procurement websites and contract vehicle portals for new opportunities
• Reviewing opportunity notices for relevance to the company’s capabilities
• Collecting key information such as agency, contract vehicle, NAICS code, due dates, set‑aside status, scope summary, and submission requirements
• Entering and updating opportunity records in the company CRM
• Flagging relevant opportunities for Business Development and Capture review
• Maintaining organized records of sourced opportunities
• Supporting basic pipeline reporting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic research and data entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong written communication skills
• The ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Gov Win, FPDS, or CRM systems would be helpful but not required for this entry‑level role

Location:

Herndon, VA (YSI Headquarters) (Onsite)

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000
