Responsibilities:
- Monitoring federal procurement websites and contract vehicle portals for new opportunities
- Reviewing opportunity notices for relevance to the company’s capabilities
- Collecting key information such as agency, contract vehicle, NAICS code, due dates, set‑aside status, scope summary, and submission requirements
- Entering and updating opportunity records in the company CRM
- Flagging relevant opportunities for Business Development and Capture review
- Maintaining organized records of sourced opportunities
- Supporting basic pipeline reporting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic research and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Gov Win, FPDS, or CRM systems would be helpful but not required for this entry‑level role
Location:
Herndon, VA (YSI Headquarters) (Onsite)
Salary: $50,000 to $75,000
