Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 16+ years of overall IT experience
- Hands‑on experience installing and configuring vCenter Server and ESXi clusters
- Strong knowledge of VMware technologies: vSphere, vCenter, Aria Suite, NSX, SRM, and/or vSAN in disaster recovery or fail‑over environments
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and designing complex distributed systems, including fail‑over strategies, recovery/rollback processes, application partitioning, and monitoring and maintaining the health of virtual machines across multiple data centers
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of network and storage architectures such as SCSI, RAID, Ethernet, and multi‑processor (SMP) designs
- Experience virtualizing enterprise applications, familiarity with AWS environments, and VMware v7
- Strong networking background and experience supporting cloud migration efforts
- Experience with automation and operational integration across IT infrastructure
