Network Engineering Project Manager

Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability, resilience, and future evolution of one of the world’s most critical transportation systems.

• Lead end-to-end program execution:
  Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure and software projects, from concept through deployment.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration:
  Coordinate with RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams—plus external vendors—to deliver on schedule and at scale.
• Own technical risk management:
  Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, particularly in network deployments.
• Translate strategy into action:
  Align technical deliverables with broader business objectives, operational priorities, and long‑term timelines.
• Communicate with impact:
  Provide clear, actionable status updates, dashboards, and briefings to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems is required.
• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure planning.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross‑functional projects, including large‑scale or multi‑million‑dollar initiatives.
• Strong command of core networking protocols, including BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv

• Experience with optical networking, data center environments, and server‑level hardware deployments.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven ability to model network growth, optimize capacity, and align technical decisions with budget constraints.
• PMP Certified.
