ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, Amazon Dedicate Cloud (ADC) Customer Service

The ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist will partner with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies and enterprise customers to provide technical support on AWS services. The role focuses on account and billing issues, analysis, and training, ensuring customers can optimally use Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and other AWS products.
Responsibilities- Serve as the customer-facing voice for U.S. Government and Enterprise accounts, addressing complex account and billing issues.
- Work with customers to understand their use of AWS account and billing services and provide valuable feedback.
- Perform deep‑dive analysis on customer accounts and billing statements.
- Educate customers on reporting options, alerts, and budgets.
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer‑oriented service.
- Collaborate with global support peers to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
- Drive projects that improve customer interactions with AWS account and billing information.
- Act as Voice of the Customer, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.
- Seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions.
- Assist with communication during AWS critical launches and support events.
- Develop detailed knowledge of AWS products and features.
- Work with AWS teams to resolve customer issues and update internal knowledge reference pages.
- Associate's degree or above, or certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Experience in leadership or account management positions.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven success in a fast‑paced support environment.
- Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional deliverables.
- Strong fluency with web technologies and the Internet.
- Understanding of cloud‑based compute and storage concepts.
- Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
