We are seeking a highly capable IT Program Manager to lead matrixed technical teams and drive delivery of secure, high-impact solutions. This role blends hands-on project leadership, Agile coaching, and technical oversight across complex environments. You will guide development efforts, manage schedules and milestones, analyze system vulnerabilities, and ensure disciplined execution using Jira and Confluence.

• Leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions.
• Providing instruction, and mentoring as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills development.
• Managing projects, tracking schedules and milestones.
• Developing scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Performing analysis of system vulnerability scans and recommending necessary remediation based on scan result analysis.
• Using Jira.
• Using Confluence.
