We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our intelligence program in support of a key government customer located in Herndon, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Adept in network engineering with a focus on design, implementation, and management of complex networks.
• Experience with network architecture, design, and implementation in a large-scale environment.
• Proven track record of resolving complex network issues and improving network performance.
• Knowledge of routing and switching, network automation, cloud networking, and software-defined networking.
• Ability to brief designs to review boards and deploy MPLS networks.
• Ability to learn, understand, and implement new technologies, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Eleven (11) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Experience with creating technical documentation such as designs, implementation plans, and technical notes.

Position requires active Security Clearance with an appropriate Polygraph.
