Release Train Engineer Agile Coach

You will function as the Chief Scrum Master for the overarching Agile Release Train and serve as a Subject Matter Expert to navigate the logistical and cultural complexities inherent in scaling Lean-Agile practices across multiple, simultaneous development teams. This critical role ensures synchronization across tightly coupled Oracle Fusion and Service Now integrations.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Physically and virtually facilitating Program Increment planning events and tracking feature delivery metrics.

+ Resolving critical program-level impediments that cross individual scrum team boundaries.

+ Mentoring subordinate Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads while guiding adherence to SAFe principles.

+ Driving relentless organizational improvement and optimizing the flow of value through continuous delivery pipelines.

+ Maintaining systemic synchronization across disparate software development life cycles to prevent integration bottlenecks.

+ Working with management, internal teams, and stakeholder authorities to successfully navigate delivery milestones.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.

+ 15+ years of experience in technical program management or Agile leadership.

+ Significant experience navigating large-scale enterprise integration environments and scaling Lean-Agile practices.

+ Demonstrated experience facilitating PI planning events and tracking scaled delivery metrics.

+ Proven experience working across a large team to drive an Agile agenda with complex, intertwined systems.

+ Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex scaled Agile framework documentation.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Program Consultant (SPC) certification.

+

Experience with automated portfolio management and Agile lifecycle tracking tools.

+ Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization.

** Clearance Requirements:*
* + An active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.

* Physical Requirements:

* + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative work spaces.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
