Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support a classified DoD client in Chantilly. This individual will be responsible for Tier 2 support of Red Hat servers hosted on the cloud, assisting with automation of patching and other security measures, monitoring application health, and assisting with infrastructure builds. This will be heavy O&M support with the ability to get hands‑on with assisting in infrastructure engineering of a complex cloud system.
Hourly: 55-67/hr

- TS/SCI
- 2+ Years of IT experience
- Experience troubleshooting Linux Servers (Red Hat, Cent Os, Ubuntu, or other)
- Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or virtual servers
- Experience troubleshooting servers hosted on virtual machines
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python)
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible
