BT-360 – Service Now Developer Herndon, VA

Bespoke Technologies is seeking two Software Developers to provide Service Now development support for a team in Herndon, VA. Solid JavaScript experience is a must, in addition to hands-on Service Now experience (4+ years preferred). Service Now certifications are highly desired. The ideal candidates will also have strong technical/development backgrounds.

Required:

• Demonstrates experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrates experience developing Service Now OR advanced experience with software development OR experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop Service Now experience.
• Demonstrates experience in business process analysis, including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
• Demonstrates experience in systems evaluation, such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve/correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
• Demonstrates experience with process improvement, such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
• Demonstrates experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
• Demonstrates experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change and release management.
• Demonstrates experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to development under this request.

Desired:

• Service Now Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite Service Now training for the certification.
• Demonstrates experience with Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Demonstrates experience with Service Now application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing Dashboards on Service Now, and using Service Now Performance Analytics.
• Demonstrates experience using Service Now project management applications.
• Demonstrates experience working with Sponsor's IT service providers.
• Demonstrates experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization.
• Demonstrates experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond the Sponsor's legacy cloud environments.
