Position: Mid-Level Web Software Engineer [$273k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive web applications, digital media, and e-learning training solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to design modern, engaging user experiences.
• Utilize modern front-end web technologies, UI/UX methodologies, and creative digital media tools to support instructional delivery. Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Total Compensation: $275k+ yearly (tentative)

Job Description:

• Research, design, develop, test, and implement web-based training (WBT) modules, online learning portals, and interactive web tools.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design high-quality digital media, visual graphics, and video elements using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ensure all digital products and web artifacts adhere to Section 508 accessibility, privacy, and copyright guidelines.
• Manage development workflows, track issues, and document project requirements using JIRA and knowledge management repositories.
• Support in-class learning technologies, media production, and continuous maintenance of codebases and web assets.
