Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of global infrastructure capacity initiatives. You will own complex, cross-functional programs that ensure AWS has the data center and network capacity to meet customer demand. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, aligning engineering, operations, and finance teams, managing risk, and driving execution against aggressive timelines. You will leverage data to inform decisions, improve processes, and communicate status to senior leadership in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure capacity programs
• Define program scope, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and finance
• Develop capacity plans and forecasts using data-driven analysis
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to meet aggressive timelines
• Report program status and tradeoffs to senior and executive stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and mechanisms for program delivery
• Ensure infrastructure capacity aligns with customer demand and reliability goals
• Drive alignment across global teams in a fast-paced environment
