As a senior technical escalation engineer, you will be responsible for supporting mission-critical Federal and Intelligence Community environments using enterprise and data center networking technologies, with a focus on advanced switching platforms. The role leads complex technical escalations and Severity 1 incidents, performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting, and partners with engineering teams to resolve defects and develop long-term solutions.
MUST HAVE:- BS in a related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years of enterprise networking experience
- 3+ years of switching experience
- 3+ years in a senior-level escalation, TAC, or Tier 3 Support role
- Expertise with Juniper EX and QFX platforms
- Experience supporting mission-critical federal, DoD, or intelligence agency environments
- EVPN/VXLAN trouble shooting
- data center fabrics
- JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, or other certifications
