SAP Project Manager

• Manage the overall transition from ECC to SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering modernization activities
• Guide solution design and project decisions supporting clean-core principles, automation, and data integrity
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impacts throughout the migration
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines
• Oversee readiness assessments, fit-gap analyses, and process improvement opportunities
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide updates on progress, issues, and decisions
• Support data migration planning, validation, and cutover execution
• Oversee testing cycles and defect resolution
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and federal financial compliance
• Support organizational change management, training, and user readiness
• Lead cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization
• Help ensure the modernized system improves automation, accuracy, transparency, and mission effectiveness

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 10+ years of SAP-related experience
• SAP Functional expertise
• Project management experience
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA in the Federal Market
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with complex SAP programs
• Use of Agile Methodologies
• Good communication skills
• Logic and reasoning skills
• Some travel required to client site
• Public Trust Background Investigation required
• US citizenship required
• BI Full 6C (T4) public trust/other requirement
