Devops Engineer- Federal

Role Overview: The Deploy Automation Engineer will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing development of continuous build and integration infrastructure. The role will focus on automating CI/CD processes, supporting Linux environments, maintaining deployment scripts, and enabling efficient movement of code through Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.

• Set up, maintain, and continuously improve continuous build and integration infrastructure.
• Create and maintain fully automated CI build processes across multiple Linux environments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance build and deployment scripts.
• Support the integration, operation, change management, and maintenance of CI/CD tools.
• Support end-to-end automation of CI and testing processes.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and technical guidance for CI/CD operations and development teams.
• Onboard, train, and support developers throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including source control, build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, and deployment.
• Enable Dev Ops practices by facilitating the movement of code from Development and Test through Staging and Production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the CI/CD pipeline.
  
  Collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• CMS experience is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience with Red Hat Ansible
• 2+ years of experience with Jenkins
• 2+ years of experience with Linux Operations

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must have established residency in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years
