EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Logistics Specialist in Herndon, VA
. The Logistics Specialist will assist in maintaining inventory and perform daily material pickups from various vendors. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.#EGS#LI-JC1

This position will be responsible for:

• Manage and Maintain Inventory Records
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed for each trade
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces
• Institute the corrective action and/or inform your supervisor on any deficiencies found while performing the job.
• Perform other tasks as directed by your Supervisor.

• Valid Driver License
• Be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of Tools/Parts in each trade
• Able to Maintain Inventory Records
• Must have a cleared TS or TS/SCI prior to be offered the position

Physical Demands:

• Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 75 lbs.)
• Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking.
• Push/pull or move/lift equipment, supplies and parts
• Manual dexterity and mobility
• Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.
