The DPM will focus on achieving technical, schedule, and cost objectives through effective leadership of the Program Management Office (PMO) and coordination with program stakeholders. This position will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality delivery, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration to uphold industry best practices and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure compliance with requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).Support technical, schedule, and cost performance of the contract through subordinate program and project managers.
Maintain alignment with contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Lead the PMO ensuring effective oversight and management.
Oversee reporting, staffing, subcontract management, planning, risk management, and quality management within the program.
Establish and maintain processes that adhere to industry standards and best practices for program and project performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant customer work experience, or 19+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification with 5+ years of program management experience, including subcontract management.
5+ years of direct experience in IT Service Management and delivery in Program/Project Management roles.
Experience leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams (100+ personnel) across various levels.
Skilled in managing large-scale IT projects, CPAF, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) programs, and customer Working Capital Fund experience.
Expertise in negotiating/measuring KPIs and managing performance-based, outcome-driven programs.
Proven ability to brief senior leadership, analyze data, solve programmatic challenges, and foster collaborative relationships across diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL® v4 or technical certifications like CISSP (or equivalent).Proficiency in Service Now and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and implement managed services in multi-provider environments.
Strong oral/written communication skills and demonstrated customer-service experience.
Skilled in meeting tight deadlines and handling changing priorities effectively.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
Must be able to operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
