Senior Product Design Manager

Shape the future of design  a Senior Product Design Manager, you will lead managers and senior individual contributors across multiple product areas, driving organizational strategy, talent development, and design excellence  will be responsible for connecting design outcomes to business impact while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to define how design operates and grows.

• Lead and develop design managers and senior individual contributors, building leadership capability and strengthening team performance across multiple product areas
• Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring plans, capability development, succession planning, and career pathways
• Define and drive organizational strategy in partnership with design and executive leadership, aligning design priorities with business outcomes
• Establish and model cultural standards for the design organization, reinforcing values, operating principles, and quality expectations
• Foster enterprise-level collaboration across design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery
• Anticipate and address strategic challenges across teams, including capacity, consistency, and alignment with business direction
• Drive design quality and consistency at scale while shaping executive narratives that communicate the impact and value of design

• 10+ years of product design experience, including 4+ years in people leadership roles managing managers or multi‑team design functions within enterprise or B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and retaining high‑performing design teams while developing future leaders
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect design investments to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, or efficiency
• Excellent organizational judgment, balancing consistency and structure with autonomy and innovation
• Deep experience with design systems, operational excellence, and scaling design practices across teams and geographies
• AI fluency at an organizational level, with the ability to influence team structure, workflows, and quality standards in an AI‑enabled design environment
• Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to present, influence, and shape decisions with senior leadership

• Experience leading AI‑native transformation across a design organization, redefining workflows, hiring, and delivery models
• Strong perspective on how AI is reshaping design craft, mentorship, and evaluation of quality
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, agent‑based workflows, and how they influence product and design decisions
• Track record of building experimentation cultures that enable teams to iterate quickly and learn from failure
• Experience designing or leading teams within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, retail, or other complex enterprise environments
