Our client is hiring a Manager, International Trade Shows to lead the planning, coordination and execution of major international trade show initiatives. The Manager, International Trade Shows serves as the primary liaison between US and international teams, oversees exhibitor and pavilion operations, manages key technology platforms and supervises the International Trade Show Coordinator.

Salary - $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Manager, International Trade Shows:

• Serve as the primary liaison between US and international teams for trade show planning and execution
• Coordinate cross functional activities involving Marketing, Sales, Operations, Registration, Finance and external vendors
• Oversee all aspects of pavilion sales, exhibitor participation and event operations
• Manager relationships with international pavilion organizers and exhibitors
• Coordinate setup and management of exhibitor platforms, floor plans, online directories and mobile applications

Qualifications of the Manager, International Trade Shows:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of trade show, event management, association or related experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with event management platforms
• Spanish language skills are a plus
