Position Summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker is responsible for creating premium quality cakes for guests, consistently following proprietary recipes, product standards and food safety guidelines. The Baker supports production planning, quality control, and maintains a clean, organized working environment while meeting productivity targets.

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, commercial‑grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
• Accurately prepare raw ingredients, set up equipment, place cake pans into hot ovens, and monitor the baking process.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures, maintain product rotation standards, and keep accurate baking and refrigeration logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager in developing the cake production plan, monitor inventory of baking supplies, and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and finished cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and report quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, ensuring all baking supplies are ready for the next shift.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
