The Marketing Specialist will support and elevate the marketing team by advancing current programs and spearheading new initiatives. The ideal candidate is an eager, organized multitasker with a strong passion for marketing and background experience in campaign management, branding, social media, demand generation, or event promotion. This role demands a balance of big-picture strategic thinking and ground-level execution to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, web content, and ongoing communication efforts on time.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three in-office days per week at Four Inc.'s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, and two remote workdays.
Essential Functions- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including webinars, email campaigns, PR, event promotion, and sales enablement resources.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to strengthen vendor/partner alliances and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Development, and Leadership teams to build cohesive messaging and content.
- Maintain and curate the central repository of marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and web content.
- Update corporate web pages and marketing materials to align with current campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance metrics, compile analytics reports, and help measure overall campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team action items to keep marketing initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinate vendor invoicing, track marketing expenses, and support budget management alongside finance.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, government contracting, or partner/channel environments.
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot), CRM tools, and analytics reporting (Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
The work is generally sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting; however, some travel to government or partner sites may be required. The position may require:
- Visual acuity to view computer screens, read technical documents, and perform data analysis and data entry
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Occasional lifting or carrying of equipment, boxes, or documents (typically under 40 lbs)
- Ability to hear and speak clearly in virtual and in-person meetings
