Open Door Presbyterian Church (ODPC) is an independent, elder‑governed church located in Northern Virginia, consisting of two interdependent congregations: an English‑speaking congregation (EC) and a Korean‑speaking congregation (KC). Founded in the early 1980s, ODPC is a multicultural and multigenerational community with a growing diversity reflective of the surrounding region. The church’s vision is to be “an open door to a life‑changing grace,” and its mission is to cultivate Gospel‑centered communities sent into everyday life.

The Youth Pastor will serve as part of a collaborative ministry team to shepherd and disciple students through fellowship, worship, and missions, while equipping and supporting volunteer leaders. Key responsibilities include preaching, leading youth gatherings and retreats, developing discipleship systems, caring for students and families, and fostering community and outreach. The role requires a clear Christian testimony, a strong calling to youth ministry, seminary training, and the ability to lead, communicate, and work cross‑culturally within a multigenerational church context.

The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus Christ with a clear calling to youth ministry and a heart for disciplining students. They should have a seminary degree (or equivalent), strong communication and relational skills, and basic administrative and technological competency. While prior youth ministry experience is preferred, the role is open to those who demonstrate strong potential, character, and a passion for working with youth.

Salary will be based on experience. The position includes full health benefits, housing allowance, and more.
