Infusion Nurse

Position

Full‑time Infusion Nurse based in Herndon, VA, supporting infusion patients in home and alternate site settings.

• Provide direct patient care, including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Assess patients and care partners, ensuring safe home infusion administration.
• Evaluate home environment and recommend interventions for safety.
• Develop and update plan of care with team, monitoring response to therapy.
• Manage schedule using the company platform; communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate care via approved platform; participate in on‑call rotation.
• Document encounters, communications, and care activities in real time.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment and required clinical documents.
• Ensure all required patient documents are completed and returned to branch office.

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5 pm (variable schedule; may include evenings, weekends).
• Must drive up to 1.5 miles one direction to visit patients.
• Must participate in on‑call rotation.
• Must work in homes with animals and cigarette smoke.

• Current multistate RN license for Virginia, in good standing.
• RN degree; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in infusion therapy (ICU/cardiac care a plus).
• Experience with IV access (IV lines, ports).
• Ability to administer infusions in patient homes and infusion suite.
• Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions.
• Willingness to obtain multistate RN license if not held.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
