Field Merchandiser

Jacent, a leader in retail merchandising, is seeking a dedicated Field Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maximizing brand presence and sales in various retail environments through the strategic placement and detailed merchandising of products. As a Field Merchandiser, you will ensure that all client products are displayed and managed according to the highest standards, harnessing Jacent's innovative merchandising solutions.

This position requires flexibility, as you will travel to different retail locations to execute tasks ranging from product placement to resetting planograms and promotional displays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple retail locations to execute merchandising strategies.
• Install and maintain promotional displays and seasonal setups according to planograms.
• Ensure proper stock levels, shelf management, and pricing accuracy.
• Collect data and photos during store visits, providing detailed reports on merchandising status and inventory needs.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to support continuous improvements in merchandising strategies.
