TJX - 2545 Centreville Road - Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment with floor care including operating floor scrubber and buffer;
Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows;
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support Front End coverage as needed;
Cross-train in multiple areas of the store and maintain safety and health policies;
Communicate effectively with management and associates
