Our new SaaS Account Manager
- Brings people together and makes magic happen.
- Starts with a single contact and grows engagement and excitement throughout an entire organization.
- Inspires brand usage and loyalty.
- Develops and supports solutions.
- Build relationships and grow potential.
- Knows people and data.
- Serve as main point of contact for all assigned clients
- Support clients in their exploration and use of multiple products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Grow engagement within an organization beyond one contact or department
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure smooth transitions of clients and all of their relevant data
- Manage renewals and additional contract negotiations
- Enhance client retention through data tracking and strategic action
- Interface with multiple internal teams to ensure client needs are being met
- Double down on our data to make sure we’re serving our clients well
- Successful work experience in account management or similar positions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions
- Strong communication skills, including listening, presenting, and writing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing any details
- Experience with CRM software
- Confidence and coolness, no matter the pressure
- Independent and self-driven, taking ownership and following through fully
- Team player open to learning and collaborating
- Experience in SaaS preferred

LocationHybrid arrangement at our main office in Herndon, Virginia. (M, T, W in office, R, F remote)
