2020 Companies is hiring Territory Managers who are experts in brand advocacy and merchant visits. This is a full-time, field‑based position requiring a personal vehicle, insurance, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Schedule & CompensationSchedule:
Monday – Friday. Pay: $24 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Next‑day, on‑demand pay via Daily Pay is available.
- Meet and welcome new merchants accepting the client’s credit services.
- Travel within the assigned territory, stopping at up to 35 retailers per day.
- Spend 50% of an 8‑hour workday in–store; occasional visits may require up to a two‑hour drive from home.
- Demonstrate the value of the client’s line of credit services to merchants.
- Capture and address objections from reluctant merchants.
- Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage at each business.

- Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at retailers.
- Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
- Maintain professional interaction with merchants and team members.
- Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of businesses.
- Advise merchants by providing information on products.
- Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising displays, and merchant feedback.
- Travel to major markets and events to promote product launches.
- Contribute to team effort by assisting with launch‑related activities as needed.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations with timely feedback reporting.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute assigned activities during all visits.
- Effectively establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.
- Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
