Overview

Join our National Security team as an Account Executive supporting the Westfields customer. In this role, you will build and maintain strategic relationships, drive successful cloud adoption, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You will work at the intersection of technical expertise and customer advocacy, collaborating closely with Senior Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Support teams to accelerate cloud migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain technical trusted advisor relationships with influential technical decision makers for the successful adoption and deployment of AWS services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the account team to create and execute business plans that accelerate AWS adoption, exceed revenue goals, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate large sales teams, including key account managers and sales solution architects, in closing opportunities across public sector verticals.
  • Drive the AWS platform by aligning customer requirements with AWS service teams’ roadmaps.
  • Identify and share best‑practice knowledge and solutions.
  • Own customer relationships and outcomes, developing comprehensive strategies that address mission needs and drive large‑scale cloud migrations.
Day in the Life

Your day will involve direct engagement with customers at their Westfields location or at our AWS facility in Herndon. You will participate in strategic customer meetings, collaborate with technical teams on solution designs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C‑suite level or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of technology platform sales with an understanding of government IT, data centers, cloud services, and cloud adoption experience.
