Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Everfox customers to secure renewals, ensure retention, and drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and value‑added resellers to uncover and capitalize on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across Everfox’s security portfolio.
- Create and execute a comprehensive territory development plan to drive success in managing renewals and expanding the account portfolio.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report renewal and expansion progress to senior management.
- Track customer interactions and opportunities within Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of identified sales.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Executives—to engage the right resources at the right time and drive optimal customer outcomes.
- Conduct outbound calls to end users and resellers, attend external customer meetings, and identify additional opportunities for account growth.
- Identify at‑risk renewals early, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to develop action plans that mitigate potential churn, and elevate complex or high‑risk opportunities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Everfox product advancements; continuously develop relevant sales techniques through training and self‑directed learning.
- Proven success in managing and growing existing B2B accounts.
- Experience managing government procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to close business deals in high‑tech or cybersecurity organizations.
- Experience selling to C‑Suite executives is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ability to maintain accurate sales records.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric approach to account management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance.
Estimated on‑target earnings (OTE) range: $86,700 – $132,900 USD. OTE may vary based on experience, location, and business needs.
